The first season of Call of Duty Modern Warfare II is right around the corner and with it will come the next iteration of the Warzone battle royale mode. Activision invited several streamers and Call of Duty content creators to play Warzone 2.0 and DMZ ahead of its launch next week.

Warzone 2.0 will feature aquatic combat in a series first along with multiple final circles that eventually merge into one circle. Warzone 2.0 had initially taken out custom load outs from the game but that decision has since been reversed. The game will also feature a dozen new vehicles and NPC-controlled strongholds.

DMZ is Call of Duty’s take on escape from Tarkov and will put players on the Al-Mazrah map in a story-driven extraction mode aimed at methodical and tactical gameplay. DMZ will require players to complete objectives related to different factions while scrounging for weapons and resources. DMZ will launch in Beta alongside Season 1 of Modern Warfare II and Warzone 2.0 on November 16, 2022.
