New Details About GTA 6

The long-awaited and highly anticipated GTA 6 has been on the radar of many gamers for several years now. Rockstar Games officially confirmed the game’s development in February, just a couple of months ago and through Bloomberg we just got our first insight into what fans can expect from the game when it finally launches on PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC.
Return To Vice City
GTA 6 is set to feature the return of Vice City, Rockstar’s fictional version of Miami. Like GTA 5, it will be completely rebuilt from the ground up, to harness the power of next-generation consoles.
The game will also feature the most interiors of any GTA game ever.
Rumors of a return to Vice City have been widely circulated for years now. Earlier rumors suggested a much more ambitious scope, however.
The original vision Incorporated locations across North and South America but this was significantly cut back to focus solely on Vice City and its surrounding areas.
This will be the first time a Grand Theft Auto title will feature Vice City since the release of GTA: Vice City in 2006.

New Protagonists
GTA 6 will feature the series’ first female protagonist. The woman will be Latina and will be one of two playable characters in the game.
The game will take heavy inspiration from bank robbers Bonnie and Clyde. Earlier versions of the game had four protagonists but this was cut down to focus on just two characters.
An Ever-Evolving game world
In another series first GTA 6 will also have an ever-changing game world. New locations, cities, and areas will be added post-launch to keep the game fresh and dynamic along with new missions and objectives.
Whether this will be in the form of paid story expansions or free DLCs remain to be seen but given GTA online’s popularity, it wouldn’t be surprising if it was the latter.

Release Date
GTA 6 has been in development since 2014 and as such the release date is not far off. GTA 6 will launch during Rockstars fiscal year 2023-2024 which puts the game between March 2023 and 2024.
GTA 6 will launch on PS5, Xbox Series X & S, and PC.
